5.0Our family of two adults and two teens had a great experience with this van rental! We opted to add the airport drop-off which worked great. Jim met us there and gave us a quick overview on how everything worked and all of the inclusions, so all we needed to pick up for the trip was our food and paper products. Our teens are tall, and they had plenty of leg room in the back seat, right next to the outlet so they could keep their devices charged. It was a pretty tight squeeze for them in the rooftoop tent, and while one probably could have fit underneath the bed in the van, he was happier sleeping in the small tent we brought. The van ran well, and was very reliable. The gas tank goes a surprising long way. Very easy to maneuver and park anywhere, and ran smoothly throughout our trip to the WA National Parks. We would happily rent one of Jim's vans again!
