Long term rentals preferred (3+ months). Building a house?Temporarily displaced from your home due to a house fire, flood or other cause? Our RV may be the perfect solution to allow you to remain on your property while your home is repaired/rebuilt. Discount for long-term rentals will be discussed on a case to case basis, factoring in length of rental, proximity to our location, time of year (winter rentals require extra prep work and maintenance), etc. We will work directly with your insurance company to collect our fees and coordinate extensions with them - if needed. We have lived full time in this RV (Twice) and have also rented it out long term to 2 families who were displaced from their homes, so it truly has been put to the test and has stood up well to the challenge. We will deliver, set-up and pick up within a 60 minute radius of Shelton, WA.This would be the ideal set up for an individual, couple or a family with 1-2 children (under the age of 12 - due to size of the bunk beds). 1-2 sm/med dogs will be considered, if fully house trained and well behaved (with deposit).The kitchen offers a residential size refrigerator, a large island, granite counter tops and plenty of storage. We include dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc.The master bedroom has an upgraded, comfortable memory foam mattress, under bed storage, a dresser & closet. There is even an all-in-one washer/dryer in the closet!The 2nd bedroom has a lower bunkbed & a loft bed (ideal for kids under 12). There is an open area in this room, perfect for an office set up or workout space.Outside you will find 2 large storage compartments, and outdoor kitchen (mini fridge, sink & cabinet space) and an outdoor shower.Helpful info to provide when you message me to inquire:

1. Absolutely no smoking. Violation of this will result in 100% forfeiture of your security depost.
2. 1-2 small/medium, well trained dogs are allowed, but not allowed on furniture. Must be house trained. Must be kenneled if/when away from RV.
3. No climbing on roof. No operating the slides or electronic stabilization system.
4. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the RV or using the inside showers.
5. You must leave the RV as clean as you received it.
