Great Family Camper! There is tons of storage space and everything you need for a weekend adventure or a week long getaway! This trailer has three slide outs on the driver's side, which opens up the camper for maximum space. The master bedroom has a camper king size bed with a dresser and massive closet. There is also a stacked washer and dryer! We have enjoyed coming home with all clean clothes, not piles of laundry after camping! The living room/kitchen and dining are spacious and fully equipped. There is a versa/jackknife sofa that can easily be made into a bed, a wall mounted TV with satellite availability, or use your own wifi, and an electric fireplace with a built in radio/bluetooth. The kitchen has a larger RV fridge/freezer, a double sink, and plenty of pantry space. It also a features a triple gas burner stove and gas oven with a glass/prep space cover on the stove for more usable counter space. There is additional storage underneath the dinette and sofa. The bathroom has a curved stand up shower and hooks for towels. The bunk features a twin xl over a large cabinet/dresser, and a bunk bed that is a twin xl over a full. There is plenty of floor space. Freshly washed and bleached bed linens, kitchen towels, and bathroom towels are provided for your convenience. Outside the camper you will find a power awning, power slide outs, and power jacks. There is also a large outdoor kitchen with a fridge, double upper cabinets, and sink. There is even an attached gas grill on a swivel on the back of the camper. We have a water filter connected to the drinkable water hose, portable grey tank, and levelers. Outside speakers and outside lights round out the trailer's many features.What's includedPots/pans/cooking utensils, a K cup coffee maker, fire pokers, and much more are already inside. The hoses, levelers, electric cord, and extension cords are ready for your use. Mattress protectors are on all of the beds. Bleached white sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided for your use. The bedding is washed in hot water and bleached after each use. Bathroom towel sets for 2 people and kitchen towel sets are also included for your use. There are two propane tanks that will be filled. If you run out of propane, it is your responsibility to fill them if you want more propane. Any propane left in the tanks will not be refunded.RecommendationsWe have taken camping trips to several Indiana national parks and a private campground in Michigan. You do need to make sure the the spot you choose is large enough to accommodate the length and three slide outs on the driver side. It is also much easier if the ground is more level.Other things to noteWe only allow our camper to be rented and stay in Indiana. We do not allow pets inside the camper. A $300 fee will be taken from your security deposit if a pet is inside the camper at any time. There is also a strict no smoking rule inside of the camper! This camper is great for families and people experienced with hauling a larger trailer. A $20 propane fee is required.
