Also known as a “squaredrop”, Burnadette the Burnside is our newest model. This model is a simpler, more minimalistic version of our Steel teardrops. With a full XL size (54x80”) mattress inside, it has the same amount of sleeping room.It comes equipped with modern cabinetry above the foot of the mattress to store your camping gear. In the back, the double doors open to a spacious kitchen galley with plenty of upper storage space within the modern cabinetry above a countertop area.The galley includes an LED down light, one 120v Gfci protected outlet, and one 12v combination USB/power port. The power center and a voltage meter to monitor the battery is also housed in the galley.Pick up and drop off is at our location in Sherwood, OR.To pull Burnadette you'll need a 2" ball and a 4-way connector. I can also easily accommodate a 7-wound connector. The hitch height is 15" - 18" from the ground to the base of the hitch ball. Customers must provide their own ball mount.

Oregon Teardrop Rentals is a small, startup, business based in Sherwood Oregon and run by myself and a small team of hospitality specialists. We're already a well oiled machine when it comes to checking in, checking out, and cleaning my village of tiny houses; and figured that adding a few teardrops would a great way to help our traveling guests enjoy this amazing State of Ours even more! Our tiny totables are impeccably maintained Aero Teardrops, made locally, and by hand. The quality of our teardrops is, frankly, unmatched so you won't have to worry about breaking handles, or axles; or anything else the competitors offer only cheap versions of. Each of our teardrops is named, and designed, to be memorable and provide a whimsical and colorful backdrop for your social media updates. We Love our customers so if you have a question ASK! Thank you for your interest in renting a teardrop from Oregon Teardrop Rentals. As the founder, I personally appreciate your inquiry and the opportunity to host you. I take my responsibility as your host very seriously and want to make sure all of my guests know what to expect, so here goes….1) Regardless of how you found us, we use only booking platforms which encourage dialogue between guests and hosts to help build trust and rapport. These booking platforms perform the role of verifying ID’s, ensuring that insurance is purchased, and a phone # is provided. In addition, we’ll need some basic questions answered in order to ensure you have the proper equipment.
2) Pets are allowed but pets are not allowed to ride in the teardrops while they are being towed or to be left in the teardrop unsupervised for any period of time. If the teardrop is returned with pet hair and/or a pet stain on the linens or mattress, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.
3) Pick up is at 2 pm and Drop off Time is at 10 am. We do allow exceptions but they must be requested and agreed upon during booking. If the teardrop is not picked up or returned with an hour of the agreed upon time, a $150 convenience fee and/or another day of rental charge will be assessed; whichever is greater. If you would like additional information RE this policy, please ask.
4) NO SMOKING is allowed in the teardrop.
5) Towing the teardrops slowly on a short gravel road to arrive at a camp site, or on level and graded gravel roads at camp grounds is welcome. Driving fast on ANY gravel surface, or driving them on a rough ungraded road is NOT!
6) In order to keep our prices low, we allow our guests to choose upgrades. If you have not done so, we ask that you please review them and choose the linen, solar, bathroom, or cooking upgrade if they are needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute changes to the upgrades during the checkout process.
7) During the reservation process, we require that all of our guests answer the following questions:
Are you OK with these policies, liabilities, and amenities?
Are you bringing pets?
What vehicle will you be using to tow the teardrop?
How much experience do you have, towing a trailer?
Do you have a hitch and 2” ball which, when mounted, is approximately 15” off the ground?
Which electrical connection type do you have; a 4 flat, or a “7 round” one? Which One?
Do you have any other questions?

Q.How much flexibility is there with pick up and drop off times?

Like hotels, our RV's return in the morning so we can clean & get them ready for their next customer arriving in the pm. From Nov - Mar we offer a 2 hour exception to our 2 pm pick up & 10 am drop off. Upon request, we can arrange for this change to the pick up or drop off time but not both. From Apr - Oct, we offer a 1 hour free exception. For our customers who require more flexibility, we offer a $50 Noon Drop Off Add On or ask them to extend their reservation.
