It features one bedroom with doors and a queen-size bed, double-sized bunk beds, and a dinette that converts into a full-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, and an air conditioner with ducts throughout the trailer. Electric fireplace that adds to the ambiance when it is cold outside. Additionally, it has two outdoor doors, one leading to the main living area and one to the bathroom. The trailer has fresh water, black, and grey tanks, as well as one slide-out that provides ample space inside. It also includes both outdoor and indoor bluetooth sound system, outdoor lights, and an outdoor shower.We love to go camping with our family and have a lot of supplies. If there is anything extra that you need, please let us know as we might have it. Your comfort and satisfaction is our top priority, and we are more than happy to assist you with anything additional you may require during your stay.What's includedWe include cookware and cooking utensils. Paper towels and toilet paper. Fresh linens are supplied for the queen size bed in the master bedroom, and bedding is available for the other beds if requested. Towels and basic toiletries are included for convenience. A 5-cup coffee maker, French press, toaster, blender and some spices for cooking. • Park entrance fees will be deducted from deposit. • A dumping fee of $50-75 will be added to your trip through Add-Ons depending on the type of hookups you have. • NO SMOKING is allowed in the trailer. A charge of $500 will be taken out of the deposit if any sign of smoking is detected. • Major Holidays - 4 night minimum • Do not flush any paper products, sanitary items, wipes, or anything that is not 100% biodegradable down the toilet. Flushing any of these items will result in a $250 fee from the deposit. Cleaning Requirements: Trailer must be returned in the same condition as received. If not, you will be charged $125/hour that will be deducted from the deposit. Excessively Dirty Fee: Any glitter, slime, playdoh, footprints or damage to walls, curtains, etc. will be a minimum $250 charge for one hour and $125 for each additional hour from your deposit. Pet Rules: • Dogs are allowed for an additional $100 per pet up to 2 pets allowed. • Signs of pet damage, stains, excessive fur on furniture or beds, or smells will incur a charge of $350, which will be deducted from the deposit. **Do not leave pets in the trailer alone for any reason unless they are in a crate and it is cool outside. The trailer gets hot like a car and is unsafe for your fur babies. By adhering to these rules of the road, you can help ensure that the trailer remains in excellent condition for future renters.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

If the campground has hookups, we will set all this up for you and include basic instructions in our welcome guide. If the campground does not offer electricity, we have solar panels for the battery and generators that you can rent as an add-on to power the AC. We can also supply a portable dump tank and water container for fresh water if staying long term. Please ask us for details.
