Self-contained travel trailer with kitchen, bathroom including full shower, Power awning with LED lights, indoor/outdoor stereo. This thing even has bunks!! Sleeps up to 5! Includes tv.Generator available, but Does NOT Power AC Unit. You will need to rent your own generator if you would like AC!Can be pulled by small trucks/suv's. Great couples or small family weekend unit. Renter is responsible to verify their tow vehicle towing capacity. Turn key package with linens (sheets, blankets and towels), cookware, dishes, coffee maker. Just pack your favorite camping items and get on the road!Other things to noteNo smoking of any kind inside the RV. Tobacco or marijuana. Just do it outside.**NO PETS inside the RV! If pet hair/damage is found in the RV, you will forfeit your deposit!****Please make sure to dump all sewage and gray water upon return if you are picking up/dropping off trailer!** If the holding tanks are not empty upon return, a charge of $100 will be deducted from security deposit. Hi there! We are Kyle and Sam Kipper and we are very excited to be renting out our RV. We have loved and created many memories in our family trailer, but during the times that we are unable to use it, we figured others could love and enjoy it just as much as we have.
