Great Class A motorhome with all the comforts of home and an easy-to-drive 33ft length. Enjoy cooking on your 3 burner stovetop or microwave some popcorn, watch Blu-ray DVD’s on the comfy jacknife sleeper sofa (with fold down cup holders!) and sleep easy in the king size bed, black out curtains all around! The dinette also folds down to a twin+ size bed. Shower with 6 gallon water heater, separate toilet closet and plenty of storage/closet space round out the living space. This RV is perfect for camping, tailgating or concerts/festivals.Each year I reinvest most of my rental earnings into maintenance and upgrades on the RV. Last year it was a new furnace and electrical converter, this year a roof recoat and new LVP flooring! This coach is older but has been well maintained and is a great size to hit the road for an adventure!What's includedFull kitchen setup (pots/pans), linens and towels. 2 Rolls of Paper towels and toilet paper/toilet chemicals are included. Camping chairs available by request.RecommendationsThis RV has been everywhere, from Florida to California and back to Washington. It's a good size to get into smaller campgrounds and off the beaten path camping sites. Other things to noteNo smoking inside the RV and no pets without prior approval.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Pickup/dropoff times are flexible, I always work with my renters to accommodate their schedules unless I'm on a tight turnaround with one rental returning the day before another begins. Typically pick up can be as early as 10am and drop off can occur any time before dark.
