Spacious Diesel Pusher with bunkhouse floorplan that sleeps 9This isn't your typical rental from a company, or even from most private parties. This is our family vacation coach and I am meticulous about making sure everything not only works, but is of the highest quality and easy to operate. Whether it's something small like replacing a sticky lock or something larger, like upgrading the entire home theater system, I am typically working on this coach every weekend. When I use it, I want everything to be perfect, and when I rent it, I want the same experience for my renters, because the last thing you should worry about on your vacation is operations or maintenance of your coach. I've only had the coach since December of 2019 and have already made many improvements, and have many more on my list to complete. If there is something you don't see that you wish this coach had, reach out to me and see if it's on my list to get done. Bunks are 6'4" long, so between the bunks and the 2 queen beds, it sleeps 6 adults great. The dining room table makes into a bed that is only 5' long and not real wide. Suitable for children. The couch does not fold out and is only 5' long, so also suitable for a single child. Other things to notePlease send us your itinerary including destination, camping style (RV park, 30amp or 50amp power, etc.), number of people in your party, and any other relevant details about your trip.
Please no festival camping or boondocking, no climbing on the roof, no smoking/vaping (results in loss of entire deposit) and no more passengers in the unit than available seat-belts. While gravel lots at campgrounds are OK, please no off-road use.
Please only use provided RV toilet paper. Do not to put any other foreign materials into the toilet, including non approved toilet paper, paper towels, wipes and feminine hygiene products. RV tanks are not built for these and will result in clogs, which require additional cleaning fees.
MUST add/have verified drivers to take the unit out. The verified drivers must be the only drivers of the unit.
Please report any accidents and damage involving the vehicle to us and the police within 24 hours of occurrence.COVIDE-19 UPDATE:
Surfaces are all cleaned with a bleach disinfectant. We also leave bleach wipes for you (Costco Size) so you can wipe down surfaces yourself, for a little extra peace of mind.
We used to leave dishes and utensils in the RV (Washed between people of course), but are now removing all dishes and utensils and including a “Kitchen in a Box”, brand new for each rental, that includes pots, ,skillets, dishware, utensils, etc… Everything you should need. It’ll be unopened, so you know it’s new. You are welcome to take it when you leave, keep or donate.
Linens. We have supplied linens for the queen bed, 4 bath towels, kitchen towels, etc…. These are always washed on sanitary between renters and we now put them in Vacu sealed space bags and leave them for you to unpack. We have 2 sets of everything, so your linens have not only been washed on sanitary, but have not been used in at least a week, which is well past the life of any virus. (Pillows are being removed during COVID due to the difficulty in ensuring they are sanitary, so please bring your own)
Of course, you also have the option of bringing all of your own linens and dishes if you’d like, just let me know.

Well, family of 6 here, but the two oldest are already in college. We bought our Class A as a way to comfortably get away and be closer to nature while having the comforts of home, and since our two youngest are girls, a bunkhouse Class A seemed like the perfect floor plan for us. I work for Amazon and am a 'builder' or 'fixer' of things, so what you'll find with our RV is constant upgrades. If you rent it twice, it will not be the same. Even during the winter months, I was at the RV every weekend to not only check on it, but also do something... Upgrading the Home Theater system, the outdoor entertainment system, adding USB charging throughout the coach, replacing the entire house battery system with LiFePO4 and solar charging, and the list goes on and on. This summer I will be adding a washer/dryer combo, replacing all of the TV's (because, bigger is better), and making many other upgrades and improvements to this coach.
So, I hope you enjoy this coach as much as my family and I plan to enjoy this coach. Why do I rent it out? I hate to see it going unused frankly, and we can't use it more than 3 weeks a year with my job and kids in school. I also look at renters as people to help provide additional feedback on the coach and what else I should look at doing to it. While I have a fairly long list now, eventually I'll have that list done and always want to keep improving on what I have.
