Great first-time-renting experience! Katie and Chris were lovely, very quick to communicate/answer questions etc, from booking through returning the RV. Every single detail was gone over when we picked it up, and they were available when we had an issue with the leveling jacks - went above & beyond to make sure our trip was good!
