Two sliding compartments open up the living space, once it's parked.Very easy to prepare for the stay, with hydraulic automatic levelers, quick hookups for power, water, and sewer.You can use it all year round, as it's equipped with both electrical and propane heaters, plus a welcoming air conditioner for the summer months.The shower feels roomy, and the queen size bed in the partitioned bedroom feels like your home bed. Plenty of storage space for everything you need. It also features a rear vision camera,It is ideal for a couple, or for a larger group, as it has a queen size bed, a sofa bed, a two-person bunk bed above the driver's seat, and the dining room table can be lowered, and the whole area transformed into a bed for the little/shorter ones. This awesome RV can bed 5 members of your family comfortably and hold up to 8 members of the family or friends.It comes loaded with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper special for RVs, dishes, cutlery, propane barbecue, outdoor mat, lawn chairs and folding table, plus a small cart.Also featured is a large awning for those sunny days, which needs to be closed during stormy times. Please remove all food left over in the fridge.
Please inform the renter of any damage that might of happened during your renting (please be honest).
