The RV refrigerator can take 12 hours to fully chill. We can pre-chill at your request. If you are dry camping(no hookups) we can also fill the fresh water. We will include 4 hours a day generator usage and each hour after is $3.50. If you bring the RV back with the tanks full there will be a $50 dump fee. If you empty the tanks you will incur a $20 sanitation fee only. The RV will be clean when you receive it. There is no smoking or vaping in the RV. Smoking or vaping will incure a $200 cleaning fee. Please no pets. We love our furry children too, but we leave them at home. The RV must stay in the USA. No off-roading. Please respect our personal RV as if it was your own. There will be a refundable deposit of $1500. 100 miles a day included. there will be a charge of .50 a mile after that.Sorry no towing. What's includedRV has all cooking utensils and cookware.RV can also be stocked with camping chairs, tables, propane fire pit and propane griddle, mats, trash cans etc for an additional fee. Inquire if interested.There are some board games as well in the RV for your enjoyment.
