The trailer has a queen size bed in a private bedroom, 3 twin size bunk beds and a dinette that turns into a fourth in a private bunkhouse (perfect for young campers) and a dinette in the main cabin area that turns into another full size bed! The living room has a split double reclining love seat complete with a swivel to the master bedroom television. The living area stereo is complete with speakers to the outside of the trailer perfect for use while you are cooking at the outdoor slide out kitchen (Complete with stove top, sink (with hot and cold water) and 2 burner cooktop.RV Comes with: full propane tank, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, first aid kit, 4 x camping chairs, toilet paper, disposable gloves, and trash bags. Waste and Fresh water hoses, 30 amp electric connection cable, coax for use with campground cable television, stabilizing jacks and 2 jack pads, 2 wheel "x" jacks and wheel chocks. Bedding provided for all beds (you need to bring your own pillows). Kitchen towels provided. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for 8 provided.Our default pick up / drop off times are:

If black or gray water tanks are not emptied there will be a fee charged.If you make any last minute changes to your booking while on your trip (adding extra days for any reason), you agree to pay $100 inconvenience fee plus any additional days rent.Any unapproved RV drop off after 5pm will have to be rescheduled to the following day and will add another day rental fee to the booking.If you are over 30 minutes late to pick up or drop off time that was not communicated earlier and agreed upon, you will pay $30 fee + $1 per minute for every extra minute you are late.
