2011 Heartland North Trail
This travel trailer is well kept and has all the bells and whistles! On shore power, enjoy all the comforts of home--it's more like glamping then camping. On battery/generator power, it's still comfy but you get to feel more like it's really camping. Except you don't have to dig a latrine or sleep on the ground:)Wood finishes, a pop out, a TV, a radio, speakers throughout the cabin and outside, as well as an awning, all combine to upgrade your camping vacation to the next level. What's includedTwo full tanks of propane, grill, cookware, utensils, Delivery and pickup within 100 miles. Fresh linens upon request. Due to concerns about spreading COVID, we sanitize everything before you leave.Other things to noteHow not to lose your security deposit:Plan one hour to get trained on this camper. It's not like picking up a rental car. This is your traveling home while you vacation and you should know how everything works.
No smoking anything. Tobacco, weed, cigars, pipes, etc.
No drugs. Using or transporting. If you do it, the appropriate authorities will be contacted.
Don't leave the awning out unattended. Don't drive with it deployed.
Don't drive with the pop out deployed. If you are boondocking and lose battery power, first, it's because you didn't listen when you were getting trained on the camper. Don't make things worse by driving with the pop out deployed looking for a place to plug in so you can retract it. Call us for help. Or borrow a generator from a nearby camp. Or rent our generator before you leave so this is not an issue.
Do not let batteries get below 50%.
Don't cook or store smelly foods inside the camper. That is what the grill is for.
Don't leave a mess.
Don't break anything.
Pets allowed with permission for an extra fee. Don't sneak them through to avoid the fee.
No abandoning the camper.
