Review summary
Flexible, responsive, knowledgeable support
Accommodated flight schedules with pick-up/drop-off. Provided demos and answered questions knowledgeably, though one renter experienced a communication delay.
Easy to operate and drive
Described as a great size, clean, and comfortable for 2 adults and 4 kids. However, a reviewer received it with a half-full black water tank, and notes limited seating (5) and no car seat installation.

5.0This was overall really great- there was nearly a full day without communication, but luckily it wasn't something super important. There were a few things that definitely could use updating to make sure it's ready for someone else. We did receive it with an over half full black water tank, so we tried to be careful about useage, but ended up dumping it earlier than anticipated. Thankfully that's a relatively easy process! We overall really enjoyed the trip and it was a really comfy fit with two adults and four kids. We drove our own vehicle to travel from place to place as well as there are only 5 places for seats (and no good place for car seat installation.) Something very common, we just aren't aware at first as this was our first RV trip.

4.0It was great renting from Scott. He was very accommodating and flexible when it came to our pick-up and drop-off times so they worked with our flights. His RV was exactly what we wanted for our trip and it was great. There were a couple of minor hiccups when we were on the road but were able to work around them and still get the most from his RV. When we did have questions on the road, he was very responsive and was able to provide answers, showing his knowledge of his RV. We would definitely rent from him again.
