For an additional fee (within 80 mile radius) we are happy to deliver, set up and take down the trailer for you. 30 amp electric hookup required, please make sure your campsite has bathrooms. Pets allowed. No smoking. A/C is very cold, perfect for a hot camping day. Heater is also great for those chilly nights (heater runs on propane). What's included• Clean bedding/sheets
