Electric awning and tongue jack for quick setup. Ceiling mounted AC unit and Heating. Very nice and spacious travel trailer.The tow vehicle must have a tow rating of at least 7000 lbs and have a 7-pin round trailer connector and a functional brake controller. I will provide the weight distribution anti sway bar, ball and hitch.
