Amanda was an excellent host for our trip. The communication leading up to and through our trip was excellent and our questions were immediately responded to. Rules and policies
• OFF ROAD: our trailer is not designed to go on Logging Roads or areas where Pavement has never been considered. Campgrounds are fine. • RULES: This rig has never been smoked in, please continue this legacy. Please wash dishes and return trailer in clean condition. We will launder all towels, vacuum and wash exterior. • SEPTIC DUMP: We include Rubber Gloves for this unpleasant task, unfortunately we are not willing to dump it due to not having a spot to do so. If septic (black water AND/OR gray water) is not dumped there will be $100 fee. • PREP/CLEANING: the Required $100 Fee covers the following: vacuum and sweep interior, sanitize all surface wipes with Clorox wipes, Lauder towels and bedding and wash the exterior. We ask that you return the trailer as you received it. We ask that you wash all dishes that you use for our next guests with provided supplies. • PETS: DOGS ONLY. We are a Pet Friendly family and this is a DOG friendly travel trailer, however we do have a standard Pet Cleaning Fee of $150 in addition to the $100 Prep Fee. This allows us to deep-clean the trailer for the next guest. If there is Pet Damage, we will subtract Repair Fees from the Security Deposit. • PROPANE: Please return Trailer with a Full-Tank of Propane. There is a $50 charge if propane is not returned full.
