Only one problem and that was the bed, very uncomfortable mattress and box very very uncomfortable.

Didn't rec out essentials package. Had to call for it to be sent out. Water heater was not turned on. Wife wasn't happy to be hit with cold water. The can opener did not have a turn handle to open the cans with. Was of no use to us. The paper plates that were sent didn't hold up to the weight of the food placed on it. The plastic cups were so flimsy that when you grabbed them the fluid spilled out. The bed mattress was so worn out that you rolled to the middle of the bed when you laid down. Extremely bad rental for the weekend. You were lucky to get a rate of a star and a half.

The unit we rented is very well laid out for us. Lots of storage and pretty clean. There were a few issues. The bed had a very large low spot in the middle, so wasn't very comfortable for 2 people to sleep in. We were dry camping and had to run the generator at least once or twice a day, even though we turned everything off that we could, so the batteries need to be replaced. (We turned off the water pump & heater, except when using, only used lights at night when necessary-were outside with friends by campfire every evening, no A/C usage at all, only abut 1 hour of heater usage in the morning.) There was a small water leak under the sink. There were some jagged metal pieces on the main entry doorjam that I scraped my arm on as I went in and out a few times Pick up and drop offs went very smoothly.
