LeTulle, who donated the land for the park, and was developed during the Great Depression. It’s home to two lakes, a children’s playground, and plenty of picnic tables, as well as an 18-hole disc golf course and two pavilions. Squirrels, raccoons, and turtles also inhabit the park, together with alligators and a variety of birds, with the Matagorda County Birding Nature Center located here.

RV Parks

Pick up your travel trailer rental in Bay City and pull into one of the concrete RV sites at the Bay City Holiday RV Park, which can accommodate rigs up to 52 feet in length. There’s an on-site laundry facility, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV available, and pets are welcome to stay in the park with you.
