Cedar Creek Reservoir is a great place to take your camper rental all year round. The southern portion of the reservoir offers great fishing opportunities for anglers. This 18-mile long reservoir is a habitat for hybrid striped bass, white bass, and largemouth bass. Blue catfish, channel catfish, and flathead catfish are also present in lake waters. Anglers can fish from piers, from the lakeshore or from a boat.

Camping at Cedar Creek Reservoir

Malakoff and nearby towns provide a wide variety of RV parks where you can park your motorhome rental for a night. Caney Cove Resort and RV Park is located on the southern end of Cedar Creek Lake. There are 65 lakeside RV sites. Amenities offered include RV dump station, laundry facilities, and showers.

Gustavo is one of the best hosts I’ve met! He is a quick communicator, polite, and very responsive! The two recliners have been removed and replaced with a small pull out sofa. Other than that, the camper was great!
