Lake Limestone covers an area of almost 14,000 acres and provides a wide range of recreational facilities. Fishing is popular, and with its size, you can easily find a quiet spot and try your hand at catching one of the plentiful bass or catfish in the lake. There are five boat ramps around the shoreline for easy access, and water sports are very popular. The lake also attracts a wide range of birds and wildlife for you to try to spot. The campground is right on the edge of Lake Limestone, giving easy access to the water for fishing and water sports.
