The Right Size! 25 ft very clean, very well maintained. With over 50 years of combined camping experience we know what you might encounter on your trip! We have done our very best to make your trip simple and enjoyable! You will find a very detailed list of what the trailer already has stocked! Our Trailer has 2 Twin Beds and 1 queen with a private master suite. You could comfortably sleep 2 smaller kids (up to age 10) per twin bed. Our trailer does Great off grid with plenty of battery power and water for several days of boon-docking.Delivery is available and encouraged. Let us handle the stress of towing, setting up, taking down and dumping for your stay! What's includedWe have tried to provide the basic essentials for a good camping trip. Renter must be present at time of delivery. Rv slot reservation confirmation must be provided to the us at least two days before delivery. No first come first serve RV slots will be accommodated. If your trip requires exceptions please communicate this to us at time of booking.

We are a camping Family. We spend camp ALOT. We love high mountain camping during the summer and warm desert camping during the Spring and Fall. We have 4 Kids, and our favorite camp sites are Dry camping/boondocking at Cedar Mountain.

No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
Although we love Furry friends they are NOT Welcome in our RVs. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $300-500 cleaning fee.
Add Ons for Additional Offerings we will Provide to Ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE!
You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided
Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining tire pressures at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instructions for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions.
