Please refill propane tank upon return, If returned empty there will be a $35.00 fee assessed from security deposit.
Please dump grey and black tanks prior to return. If returned with either tank not emptied, there will be a $50.00 fee from security deposit.
Please do light cleaning prior to departure, ie. clean dishes, utensils and cookware, no dirty dishes in sink, no trash left behind. all dirty linen placed on floor in bathroom. There will be a cleaning fee of $100 assessed from security deposit, if returned unreasonably dirty.
