Chris was extremely friendly and easy to work with, and the trailer was perfect. He was very helpful, professional, and informative. Everything in and on the trailer worked as intended, and it towed very nicely with a half-ton pickup. The A/C kept the trailer frigid in 102 degree weather with ease. We had a wonderful 4 day weekend with this trailer and look forward to renting it again soon.
