The entire experience start-to-finish was great. Communication was very quick during the planning stages of our rental. Placing the reservation and signing the docs was easy. The videos were fantastic and comprehensive. They covered any question that could have come up, for example to how to pick the camper up (pass codes, connecting to the camper, etc), then the walk through of the camper showing its many features.

Jordan was super easy to work with and very reasonable. This is the perfect RV to take on an adventure where your priority is being outdoors and being comfortable when you need to come back. The bed was super comfortable and everything I needed was in the RV, including DVDs to watch.
