This was our first time renting on Outdoorsy. Ariel was extremely helpful, walking us through all the features of the trailer, how to use it, and the rental process. She was accommodating with our pick-up and drop-off times, and really made everything seamless for us. The Bean trailer fit our needs perfectly! It was so nice to have the kitchen! The pop-up tent is super spacious, and the bed inside the trailer is comfy. The solar panel kept the battery nearly fully charged the whole time. We charged some devices and kept the fridge on with no problems. We loved our experience with the Bean and renting from Ariel. It was so great, we're not sure we can go back to camping in a tent!

Amazing trip to Moab with my family and 4 day adventure into Arches and camping at Onion Creek. James was an excellent host approving our rental within short notice and giving a great walk through of all the features. Easy driving and return process and would absolutely rent again for future trips.
