Experience luxury camping with our 2020 Dutchman Voltage 39ft toy hauler, designed to provide ultimate comfort during your adventure. This spacious toy hauler is equipped with top-tier amenities, including (2) 305-watt solar panels, (2) Battle Born Lithium GC3 270ah batteries = 540 amp hours, and an Aims 3000-watt inverter that powers the entire trailer (excluding air conditioners & electric fireplace - generator is required). You can run the microwave, tv's, heated / massage theater seats, a blow dryer, etc all without having the generator run. You’ll also have the reliability of an onboard Onan 5500-watt Generator, ensuring your stay is comfortable and worry-free for cloudy days where you might need a little battery charge. Stay out of the heat with (3) air conditioners that can run at the same time (generator is required for use). The trailer comes fully loaded with everything you need, from cooking utensils and bedding to a coffee pot and ice maker.This unit has a separate garage with 2 queen size happi-jack electric beds and a glass door to the main living quarters. The bottom bed can be converted to a spacious sofa seating with room for a table in-between. A TV is also mounted in the garage and the floor has tie down points in case you need to carry any additional cargo.The trailer is equipped with full audio system that can be adjusted for 3 separate zones (main living quarters, garage and exterior speakers). DVD, CD & Bluetooth stereo. Additional 12v USB outlets have been mounted throughout the unit to accommodate multiple device charging locations for all your devices.RV will come filled with 160 gallons of potable / filtered water, 14.2 gallons of propane and 15 gallons (half tank) of regular unleaded in the generator tank. Trailer will be cleaned and sanitized including all tanks (Black and Grey) will be emptied - ready for use.There is an auxiliary fuel tank / station that can hold an additional 20 gallons of regular fuel, if you wish to have this filled, please select the option when you go to reserve / book.We want to make your experience is the best it can be. There are (3) awnings on this trailer. Awning use is at the renter’s risk. If any damages are incurred, renter agrees to pay for damages out of the security deposit and any additional fees to repair back to normal working condition that may exceed the amount of the security deposit.
• No roof access. Do not go up on the roof for any reason. Roof is covered with a rubber membrane that could get damaged by rocks / debris on your shoes.
• No smoking is allowed inside the trailer or garage. There will be a $1500 remediation fee if smoking is detected and will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Use septic safe toilet paper only. Do not flush any personal hygiene products such as tampons, wet wipes, etc. These must be disposed of via trash only.
• Black and Grey tanks are to be monitored by the renter. If any of these tanks become full, it’s the responsibility of the renter to empty during the rental period. This trailer holds 160 gallons of fresh water and has an 88-gallon gray water tank. If water backs-up into the shower or sinks, water damage to the unit may occur and renter agrees to pay for these damages from the security deposit and any additional fees that may exceed the amount of the security deposit.
• If any additional accessories were included or added to the rental, these must be returned in the same condition as provided. If any damages occur or the trailer is returned with any accessories missing, the following fee’s will be deducted from your security deposit and renter agrees to pay for any additional fees that may exceed the amount of the security deposit.
o Starlink Satellite (Router / Antenna / Cords) - $600
o Camping Chairs - $20/per
o 10ft x 20ft Exterior Mats - $100/per
o 50-gallon blue water tanks - $50/per
