Have you dreamed of "glamping" on the beaches of Southern California in a vintage Airstream? Our Renovated vintage 1968 Airstream went through an extensive frame-off renovation less than three years ago and is essentially a new trailer on the inside but retains its vintage charm. It has all new appliances, custom built cabinets and a large (for this size trailer) bathroom. The Airstream Sleeps a family of 4 comfortably and is available for delivery and set up to San Elijo State Beach or South Carlsbad State Beach in North San Diego County (will consider delivery and set up at other San Diego county camp grounds).The trailer has newly installed 200 watts of solar and multiple USB charging ports for all of your personal electronics. We have an optional gas generator, but with the solar system you won't really need to use a generator or shore power unless you want to run the microwave.The trailer is fully stocked with kitchen items, towels, linens, games and miscellaneous gear to make your camping vacation enjoyable.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will drop off, setup and pick up the trailer as part of the rental for either San Elijo State Beach or South Carlsbad State Beach. We can deliver to other campgrounds in San Diego County for a delivery fee.
We don't allow the trailer to be towed by others, it is a vintage trailer with no repair parts for body panels available and any damage (even slight) would result in the trailer being totaled by the insurance company.
Q.What is the towing policy for your Airstream?
A.
We don't allow the airstream to be towed by renters. It is over 53 years old and body parts are non-existent if there is any damage. Even the smallest amount of damage to the exterior will most likely result in the insurance company totaling the trailer.
Included in the rental fee is free drop off and pick up to either San Elijo or South Carlsbad State Beaches. Delivery to other camp ground in San Diego County are based on a per mile charge each way.c
