The owner is always available to answer all operational questions during the duration of your stay.Dry weight is 6,600lbs. I am able to deliver, set up, and break down at Falls Lake, Jordan Lake, Kerr Lake, and Lake Gaston for Saturday / Sunday Check-Ins and Check-Outs. Some week-day setup and breakdowns may be possible but reach out prior to making a reservation. May entertain other destinations within 1.5 hours or Wake Forest. What's included- Sheets, Towels
