Make great memories in this spacious 36 foot travel trailer! It can be towed with a 1/2 Ton pick-up. Please verify your vehicles towing capabilities. The trailer's dry weight is 7,500 pounds. Max Weight 9,000 lbs.Enjoy the spacious interior with 2 slide-outs. Bathroom with a shower. Stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers. Indoor TV with an assortment of DVD's for that unfortunate rainy day or movie night. Stay comfortable inside with the Propane Furnace, Electric fireplace or A/C (need 30amp service to use A/C). Kitchen includes 3 burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and coffee maker. Extend the 18 foot awning for some nice shade. There is an exterior shower too!Sleeping Quarters: The private master bedroom has a new and upgraded camper King mattress. The bunkhouse has 3 beds a 2 cushions that fold out on the floor for two more to sleep on. Bunkhouse has a sliding door for privacy. One pull-out couch and one convertible dinette. Playpen available for babies or toddlers upon request (no additional charge).I can deliver to your home or set up and tear down at a campsite within 50 miles of Waterford area for a fee. No Music Festivals or tailgating parties. State fair or similar is okay.Camping from November through March is dependent on weather.
