Thank you for following our rules below! 1. No refunds for Early Returns: If you return early we do not refund the days you will not use. 2. Fee for Late Returns: If you are late returning the unit there is a $10 per hour late fee. Pick up and Return time will be agreed upon during booking. You will be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to your late return. All drivers must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. 3. No Smoking: Smoking (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits your entire security deposit. 4. No Drugs: Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit. 5. Odors/Cooking: Please do not cook nor store anything in the trailer which will produce a strong smell that is difficult to remove such as fish. 6. Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, parking tickets, etc: Parking tickets, mailed violations and toll invoices are a burden and we charge a $25 fee for each invoice we receive. Responsibility for traffic or parking violations will be transferred to you and you will be charged a $25 administration fee. 7. Pets: While we are pet friendly, we do not allow pets on the furniture. You must have approval from us before allowing a pet in the trailer. 8. Training: When you pick up the trailer we will complete a pre-rental orientation of the unit that will take up to 20 minutes or more depending on any prior experience you have with a travel trailer. 9. Cleaning: Please discard all trash and return the trailer in the condition in which you received it. The required cleaning fee covers minor cleanup to prepare the trailer for another rental. 10. Propane: We will provide the trailer with a full propane tank. Please return full upon return or we will charge to fill up the tank (see Add-On costs). 11. Roof: No climbing or standing on the roof. 12. Appliances: The heater, refrigerator, stove, etc are convenience item
