Steve was prompt when we asked questions. However the unit had a bit of a strange odor. Overall, I would recommend if it is a last minute book.

Steve was super wonderful for us first-timers. he explained everything in good detail and didn't mind my asking all of the questions I could think of.
The A-frame was amazing and worked perfectly for our snowy camping weekend. I would definitely recommend renting from Steve!

Steve was really easy to work with. He had great communications and was very flexible. When we picked up and dropped off the trailer he was very helpful in loading and unloading. The Rockwood trailer he is renting as a little bit older but it does everything that it should. It was easy to pull even for a first time trailer driver and comfortable inside.
