This van is not intended for overlanding or remote off-road travel that would require winch recovery. If the winch is used during your trip, additional charges will apply. Towing is also not permitted under any circumstances.

5.0What a great adventure! London and Gary were great from the start. I've never rented, or driven a vehicle like this before and they answered all questions quickly. I paid extra to have them drop it off at my place. They showed up exactly when they said they would and walked me through all the features of the van. Driving the van took a bit to get used to but I picked it up without issue. I would definitely look to rent from them again in the future.

5.0My wife and I are considering owning our own van for camping and renting from London and Gary was a great experience that taught us a lot.. Not ever using a van like this before we had questions about its use during our vacation. Both London and Gary were very responsive and helpful with our questions and always got back to us promptly and happily. The van itself is amazing and very comfortable with all of its amenities. One thing I might suggest to someone using a Sprinter van before they use one is to research ahead of time where you can find the right kind of diesel along the way. The Ultra Low Sulfur diesel that the van needs was not very common where we were and had to do several side trips to find it.. This would have saved my wife and I some time instead of hunting down what was needed along the way. If you are considering renting from individuals that are happy to answer questions and be helpful you should rent from London and Gary.

5.0London and Gary were very responsive, attentive and kind. The campervan was great and filled with many things to make the trip more comfortable; such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, coffee, and games etc. They dropped off and picked up the van at our hotel.

5.0Rented it out for a Memorial Day weekend camping trip. It is an amazing Sprinter with everything you could possibly need (and much more)! Very clean and well loved. Surprisingly good gas mileage, at least for its size. Hosts were super easy, accommodating, and responsive to questions. Overall highly recommended! I would say that we will book again but I'm pretty sure we are getting are own now.

What if I have questions during my rental?

How does the van’s electric system work?
A.
The van has a Volta power system with high-capacity lithium-ion batteries and an inverter to supply electricity. You can plug into a campground hookup to charge or run appliances, and it also charges while driving using a high-output alternator, allowing you to power things like air conditioning without propane or a noisy generator. We’ll show you how to monitor and operate the system during pickup.

How do water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The van has a 35-gallon freshwater tank with both hot and cold water. It can also connect to a campground spigot for running water. We fill the tank with fresh well water prior to pickup so it’s ready to use when you hit the road. The van comes with a portable camp toilet, but there is no sewer hookup. We include bags and desiccant packs for easy and sanitary use.
