This trailer is an absolute delight. Weighs in at 3,791 pounds - easily towable by a light weight SUV or truck with a tow package / brake kit. Dinette folds in to a second bed. And a full sized queen bed in the front. We have also traveled extensively towing with the Tesla Model X as well as the Tesla Model 3 - if you need any recommendations for towing with electric cars - please let us know.

What's included
French double sets of clean white 600 thread count hotel style sheets. Two pillow from Tommy Bahamas and two from Sealy Posturepedic. Gorgeous triple sets of comforters and throw blankets. NEW 10inch gel memory foam mattress (completely fiberglass free) - certiPUR-US certified - with a completely waterproof/dust proof and hypoallergenic mattress cover.
Everything you need - towels, hand towels, paper towels, utensils, tongs, bottle openers, safety knives, plates, soaps and MORE! Everything is in perfect condition. This trailer has seen zero abuse. It tows like a dream, the kitchen is a delight. The AC blows quiet cold air. The windows are privacy dark tinted from the outside looking in and also have new white linen curtains. When you step in to this trailer is smells as though you’ve stepped in to the Hilton hotel on vacation. Ask any questions. We are extremely easy to get a hold of between 5am and 8pm. We look forward to having you stay in our vacation trailer. :-)
Things to note:
This trailer is not yellowed like most older trailers. She is sparkly white.
We commercially clean all the sheets and linens before each guest.
We are absolutely happy to give you a driving lesson and trailer lesson.
We can rent you a standard hitch if you need to keep your trailer level and from squatting your pulling vehicle.
This trailer is already set up for a weight distribution bars if you need them.
We are happy to answer questions about tow capacity of your towing vehicle.
A generator can we rented in conjunction with this trailer.
If you’re bringing your own generator- please make sure it is over 1,500w for winter (not running the AC) and over 3,500w in the summer (if you will be running the AC).
Recommendations
Lake Folsom, Lake Comanche and Lake Tahoe are all very close! Bodega bay is 110 minutes away.

Super easy to tow and well kept trailer! Had no issues at all and Lauren was very helpful and kind which is sadly a rare thing these days! Will definitely be renting her trailer again for my future trips.

The trailer was cute and very functional for our needs. The only reason I gave mechanical 4 stars is because there were no window coverings, 1 screen was a bit bent which let the flies in and the bathroom door handle was hard to turn it would stick once door was closed and caused me a little issue of getting stuck in the bathroom for about an hour. These issues were addressed with the owners and they took care of all 3 right away when they picked it back up.
All of that being said the trailer could have been only 3 walls and it wouldn’t have made any difference because the owners were amazing so kind and so accommodating and nothing was ever a big deal to them they were so easy going and Lauren gave me great advise on nails and hand lotion. Lauren, Jack and Kevin are probably 3 of the nicest people we gave ever met in our entire lives. If your looking for an inexpensive trailer and do not need anything real large I would suggest renting this one you will not regret it. Customer service at its finest.

We had an exceptional experience with Lauren. Her trailer was extremely well equipped, in great condition, and included a very impressive air conditioner that cooled the trailer in 100+ degree weather! Lauren provided indispensable support before, during, and after our trip. She was immediately responsive to all questions, extremely accommodating, and provided excellent guidance on driving with the trailer. The whole process was very streamlined. We would highly recommend renting from Lauren, and her trailer is well suited for any type of trip.
