Awesome trailer! Easy to tow! The total weight should be right around 3500lbs when loaded. Sleeps up to 6. Four beds in the back(2 bunks) and a queen that folds into a dinette. The bunk beds are just under 6' long so they are best suited for smaller adults and children. All the amenities of a newer travel trailer. As you may have noticed, this trailer is somewhat 'compact' for the amount of sleeping room. Its very comfortable but i would not say its roomy!The overall condition is good with some dents and scratches. No longer in new condition.Has bluetooth stereo and outdoor/indoor speakers. Also as an awesome awning with LED lighting! The following items are also included but must be returned:- Coleman Roadtrip grill

- First aid kitThe trailer will be cleaned and sanitized before your trip. You will need to bring your own sleeping supplies and cooking utensils. In other words, the trailer will be empty of any personal items before your trip.A trailer brake controller is required when towing this trailer. I have a generator you can borrow but it only supplies enough power to keep the battery maintained. The AC and Microwave will not work unless plugged into direct power. Let me know if you have concerns about this! The heater and fridge run on propane.

Dylan was great to work with. Pick up and drop off were easy and I appreciate the loan of the 2 inch ball hitch. My Tacoma pulled this camper easily.

Dylan was friendly, communicative, helpful, and easy to work with. Be aware that although this camper sleeps 6, the 4 bunks are too small for adults. I'm not sure what the length of the bunks are. My 11 year old was fine but my 15 year old was cramped. The camper is definitely not in new condition but it was fine for our purposes. We had a great time with it!
