2003 Forest River, Flagstaff 12 footclosed 2260lbs, sleeps 6 to 7, small fridge, sink, 3burner stove, extra burner and bbq for outside under the awning. Inside lights,and outdoor lighting, lots of power outlets. This does not have a bathroom. clean, good condition, great for camping, fishing or hunting trips, small families, extra sleep space for visitors, easy set up, we will walk you through the entire set up and fold down. Does not take much to do at all. There is an outside outlet which is conveniently close to the small shelf which is where we enjoy setting up our morning cafe. The camper is older and lived in, but also comfortable and affordable I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.What’s included?Heated Mattresses making this option perfect for winter camping, a fan, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, a heater that pairs well for the cold nights and heated mattresses. We also stock you up with some family friendly games and 2 camping chairsEverything is easily stored away and easier to leave in.
