2005 30G ft Class C, Triple E, Regal. Hit the road with a unique and awesome RV. Sleeps up to 8 humans. Pull out couch. Bunk head for the kids! Nice size bedroom, with three large windows to watch amazing nature views, wildlife and stars at night!The A/C and propane furnace produce abundant air-conditioning for summer, and heat for autumn and winter use. The Ford E 450 V10 drives well. Low KM 82,750. Propane tank is located in the under carriage. Interior, medium coloured wood, blue and grey, pleated custom blinds, interior floors and upholstery in very good condition.Separate shower with skylight, and separate bathroom, with toilet and sink. Tow hitch. Six (6) new tires installed in 2021. No back up camera, no generator, no awning, no heated tanks, no dual pane windows. Two (2) - 6V marine batteries installed 2021. RV will run between 1-3 days on battery power when charged by engine. Fridge uses power or propane.Five (5) seats for the kitchen table/folds down, and walk around bed with double closets and drawers. Good size fridge/freezer, and pull out pantry. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, propane stove, oven, and lots of cupboard storage.One (1) slider off of living room/kitchen on driver’s side. Winter use is available at RV parks in Canada, or the U.S.A. Want to head south to escape winter, yes you can!What's includedTwo Cole Camping Chairs, 11 lb Propane Tank and Fire Bowl. Due to sanitary and safety reasons, kitchen basics are not provided. RecommendationsVisit B.C., check out campgrounds, and RV Parks in BC. Garbage must not be left outside, hanging from RV due to wild animal interactions. RV parks and camp grounds require use of only environmental products.Renters bring your own towels, bedding, pillows and toiletries, any garbage and toys, must be taken with renters upon departure, or a 50% fee from the deposit will be withheld. Gas and propane must be topped up before returning the RV.No smoking and no drugs inside the vehicle. Responsible alcohol use. No dogs tied up to the RV at anytime, dog owners must be in attendance.No fires near the RV, please use caution. Q.What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?
A.
This is a Class C RV therefore it is equipped with a Ford 450 truck. The tow capacity is built for smaller vehicles, or water toys like skidoos, or motorcycles.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric power at RV parks and campground are equipped for RV's. Water hoses are provided to fill up tank and sewage hoses for emptying sewage.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Guests must be prompt when picking up and dropping off, as other guests have bookings and the vehicle requires 1 day turnaround period for cleaning and prepping.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Caution when making turns, and watch the height when entering gas or propane stations for fill ups. The RV is 8 feet wide, 30 feet long and 11.5 feet in height.
Drive slowly when turning and use side mirrors. Always have a second set of eyes when backing up. When changing lanes, remember its a 30 foot vehicle, leave lot's of space between you and other vehicles. Make sure all exterior compartments are locked and gas nuzzle is closed. Slow down, the vehicle is 11,600 lbs without any tows.
