Camper Rental Rules To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these rules during your rental: No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee. No Open Flames Near the Camper – Do not use fire pits, grills, or any open flame sources within 10 feet of the camper. Treat It Like Your Own – Please be respectful and careful with all furnishings, appliances, and systems. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges. Pets – If pets are permitted, they must be supervised and cleaned up after. No pets on beds or furniture. Awning Use – Use awning with care and never leave it extended during windy conditions or while unattended. No Climbing on the Roof – For safety and maintenance reasons, do not climb on the camper roof at any time. Tanks & Hookups – Follow provided instructions for operating and emptying tanks. Improper dumping or clogs may result in additional fees. Secure While Driving (if towing) – Ensure all doors, windows, and compartments are closed and latched before towing.
