WARNING ON OUTDOORSY SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY. I would give it 1 star if Jeff wasn't so nice. The RV was decent, aged, but it worked and was a last minute option. The trip went well and no issue with communication with Jeff prior to and during the trip. I noticed a $600 charge on my credit card a week or two after the trip and had a message from Jeff that simply stated 'exhaust system repair'. I contacted Outdoorsy and found out that a claim had been submitted for exhaust system repairs on this aging vehicle. I'm still not quite sure how I could be responsible for an aged RV's exhaust. I filed a complaint and it took a month to get half of the money back. Outdoorsy contacted the garage that did the repair and they said the damage was due to both it being old and something was run over while driving. I will be extremely cautious and take photos and signatures if I ever decide to rent from Outdoorsy again. And if I was an over of an RV, I'd rent it on Outdoorsy and get some repairs done on someone else's dime because their security deposit protocol could easily allow for it. Work with the garage, have them back up any claim, and boom you have your repairs covered by someone else. Other than that, my kids and I enjoyed the RV and had a good time on our trip.
