Well kept trailer with very comfortable queen bed and custom day bed. Big picture window by the table let's you look out to the view. (I love this feature) I put the drape up in the back so you have a private dressing room as the bathroom is small. Also a drape for the bunk beds and master bedroom.What's includedFresh lines for queen bed and twin bed and towels ( I would suggest you bring your own pillows. I have dishes, glasses, coffee pot, utensils, cookware. 2 camp chairs and small camp table. Included is a crock pot, one burner propane stove, and an electric frying pan. Cleaning products available. RecommendationsGreat little trailer to take on family vacations or visiting friends when you want your own space. We love to take ours to the Mendocino Coast every summer.Other things to noteRenters must have towing experience and a large enough vehicle to comfortably town. Small dogs preferred. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in trailer.

We had such a great experience with the Happy Camper! Setup and delivery was seamless and everything was well stocked and clean. We really appreciated the extra towels and the bowl of fruit and flowers they put in the table :)
