What's included

We take pride in having a fully functional, fully stocked rig. This RV is brand new and everything works perfectly. The generator starts easily should you need power and the gas Ford E-450 is easy to drive. Also automatic leveling system makes camping easy and safe.
We hope you enjoy camping in it as much as we do. Here is some of what is included:

-We provide a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, knives (including steak knives), serving utensils, etc.
-We provide towels for 6 people and sheets for the permanent bed including pillows for each place to sleep. We just ask you to bring your own blankets.
-We provide at least 4 camping chairs and light weight folding table.
-There is a 40" 12v LED TV and stereo in the RV.
-Tool kit and all necessary accessories.
-The unit will be extremely clean when you get it. We will provide a sanitary cleaning of the unit after it returns/before you pick it up. All we ask is that you do your dishes, strip the beds, dump the tanks, and return everything where you found it. We'll take care of the rest.

-Keep in mind, there is NO SMOKING in or near the RV.

Pets are welcome with prior approval! We have an invisible pet policy - this means you won't see any sign of pets in our campers. Your furry friends may be welcome, but their hair, paw prints, and any other signs of their residency must be thoroughly cleaned. Any deep cleaning by our crews to remove hair or other signs of pets will be charged to the renter. Damage, as always, will be the renter's responsibility.

*Pick-up times:
The system makes us choose an exact pickup time. We offer early morning and evening pickups at 6:30-7:00 M-F and pickups by appointment on Saturdays. Unless there is an extenuating circumstance, we are not open on Sundays.
Of course, if you have any issues on a Sunday during a rental, we'll answer your call! Please plan on 1 hour for pick up. We'll go over everything and make sure you're comfortable before setting you off on your adventure.
