RV rental Rollins Pond Campground, NY: Motorhome rentals, camper van rentals and more

You'll find lots of activities and things to do both when camping at Rollins Pond Campground. The campground lies within Saranac Lakes Wild Forest and has access to many miles of hiking trails; in fact, the trails that start in the campground connect to the Saranac Lakes Wild Forest trails. You can take canoes and kayaks, rowboats, and small engine motorboats out on Rollins Pond or rent one at the campground. While you're on the lake, enjoy the breathtaking vistas of forest and shoreline (the views really are different from on the water) or get some fishing in. If you have young children along for the Saranac Lake camping trip, they can complete activities to earn badges by participating in the Junior Ranger program; there are also games for families that incorporate learning about nature. If you'd like to get an up-close look at history, the Olympic venues at Lake Placid are an important landmark attraction; the Adirondack Park Visitors Interpretive Center is an hour's drive south of the campground, and the Adirondack Museum is located at Blue Mountain Lake nearby. Tupper Lake has some popular outdoor attractions such as the Wild Center museum, where you'll find a rope trail that spans throughout the treetops, a spider's web built for humans, and guided canoe trips. Camp in an RV near Tupper Lake, and you can participate in the Tupper Lake Triad challenge; the challenge consists of hiking three mountains, which are a short distance from town. If you'd prefer to enjoy a more cultivated outdoor experience, there is a local public golf course where you can get in a few rounds.
