Shannon was excellent communicating with me. She answered all my questions immediately. The camper was well stocked and in great condition. Shannon was easy to communicate with to set up my rental of Shannon's Rolling Retreat. They came to me and dropped off the trailer. They set it up for me in under 30 minutes, and it took them under 20 minutes to hitch up the trailer when they picked it back up. The Rolling Retreat looked and felt brand new! Everything in the trailer worked flawlessly; the lights, bluetooth audio speakers, fridge, and bathroom were used and great additions to have during our long weekend. Shannon herself was thoughtful of what I may want during my rental of the trailer and provided advice on using the trailer and its amenities.
I would consider renting from Shannon again, and I would recommend one of her rentals to a friend looking to rent on outdoorsy in the northern NY area.

The RV was amazing! Having it set up for us on the site made everything so easy! Shannon was great about answering all of my questions before we went. The camper was clean and beautiful. We will definitely use her again next time we go to Higley!
