Braxton was great to work with and was very responsive both before and during the trip. This was our first time using Outdoorsy and it made a good impression and we will use it more often. The trailer was perfect for our needs. We were 3 adults and 2 were in the back bedroom and another was on the sofa couch. The bunkbeds are really best for kids. Having the AC during the hot day (hot in Palo Duro Canyon in mid November!) was great and it also provided an escape from the bees at our campsite. We usually tent camp so having the outdoor cooking area and the kitchen inside was amazing. There was an issue with the inside refrigerator but Braxton was responsive but we decided it wasn't needed since there was an outside fridge. Having it set up and taken away in Palo Duro Canyon State Park was extremely helpful since we'd never been to the state park before.

This RV was great for my girls trip & our tag along dog, Duke. We had so much room to enjoy being together & had plenty of space to sleep comfortably. Braxton's setup was timed perfectly & very efficient. He was able to walk us through all the features of this awesome trailer, as well as teach us how things worked since we aren't exactly the most prepared campers. Would definitely recommend & if I ever need to rent again, I will certainly have this trailer at the top of my list!
