Super light weight (3400 pounds) towable with most small trucks and SUVs. Sleeps 5 with a queen bed in front, two twin bunk beds in back, and the dinette turns into a comfortable sleeping area. This trailer is equipped with a large awning, a 30 gallon fresh water tank, a 30 pound propane bottle to provide gas for the water heater to give you hot water and keep the built in heater working so the trailer is toasty during the cold months. Has a 600 watt solar system. Amenities include for use are all bed linens, cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, and pans. This RV is amazing for a weekend beach trip, lake getaway or spend some time in the in the the forest for an affordable cost! Weight distribution hitch included for use with rental. Generator included for use, make sure the fuel I'd topped off, otherwise there is a $20 charge.Going to the desert and don't have a toy or have friends that want to go riding but they don't have a side by side? Ask about my Razr XP4 1000 rentals!Want some Loud music outside, add the Bluetooth recharge JBL PartyBox110 to have portable music at your campground! Check out the add on for $25 a trip!Want to make stabalizing easier? Impact wrench for bringing down and putting up the manual stabilizer jacks available as an add on for $20 a trip.I can't seem to stress on this enough. I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you Commit to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.

Have had an RV for over 10 years, currently full time RV in a 42 foot 5th wheel! I use my 30 foot toy hauler to take my race car to the drag strip, my X3 to the desert, and dry camp at the beach to enjoy the scenery. All of my RV's have off grid capabilities such as solar, extra batteries, extra water storage, and a generator, so go out there and don't worry about hooking up!

I rented this trailer for an event I was planning on new year. The RV was awesome it was clean in good condition I had no problem with it. David was awesome I rented 3 of his trailers he was really helpful and flexible with pick up and drop off time. If I ever need to rent an RV I will most likely go with David again.
