Brand NEW Unit! If you're looking for a comfortable and clean way to camp, then look no further. This camper can be towed by most large SUVs or trucks that have a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. Now that the leaves have begun to fall, stay cozy and warm with the adjustable electric fireplace heater during the chilly nights, or feel free to cool down the warmer days with the wall AC unit. This unit sleeps 5 people comfortably. Storage is available under the queen bed and under both dinette seats, as well as multiple cabinets for storage.
What's included
We will provide RV/camper-safe toilet paper, the sewage hose, 30amp electric plug, a freshwater hose, the jack and stabilizers, wheel chocks, a fire extinguisher, a 12v battery (which also powers the fridge when camping off-grid), a hitch lock, a water pressure regulator, Porta-Pak toilet treatment tablets, an outdoor foldable garbage can, an indoor garbage can, pots, pans, and large plastic utensils (plastic spatula and serving spoons), and a small garbage can for the bathroom. If you need help or have questions, we would love to answer and help to the best of our ability.
Recommendations
Please bring your own grill, linens, toiletries, garbage bags, outdoor chairs, and a popup tent if desired. I recommend bringing paper plates/bowls, plastic utensils, and half-chaffing dishes for easy clean-up during your camping trips. For the outdoor garbage, using black garbage bags that smell like mint (usually found in Costco or Sam's club) helps keep smaller critters away from your garbage.
Our favorite spots to camp are Lake George RV Park in Lake George, NY & Normandy Farms in Foxborough, NY. Both places have plenty to do for kids and adults, besides both being great places to stay.

Please do not flush any feminine products or use any toilet paper that is not rated for RV/camper use down the toilet. If you see any kind of problems, please don't hesitate to contact us right away. No smoking inside the camper, no pets, no festivals, and no tailgating.
