This is the perfect travel trailer to get away in. The camper sleeps 3 and has a ton of space to move around easy and bring along everything you need. The couch has two recliners and also will create a bed.We love to see you bring your four-legged friends with on your camping adventures because, by all means, they are a part of our family.Cook inside or over the fire. However you enjoy camping the camper is ready to support it! We love to have some coffee in the morning while we ease into a camping day that feels like no other- so relaxing.We want you to enjoy your camping experience, so we don't include a bunch of fees. We don't have cleaning fees, dump fees, pre-fees...or whatever else you might see. We just want you to treat it like your own and us treat you like family!Ready to camp?!What's includedYou’ll have everything you need for light cooking — plenty of space to prep meals, store leftovers, and wash up afterward. A generator is available to rent if you need extra power. Whatever it takes to make your trip great, we’ll do our best to make it happen. We love camping, and we want you to love it too!RecommendationsWe have completely enjoyed exploring AZ. We are new to the area. So, we are enjoying checking out the canyons and desert. We are from TN where it was basically the opposite landscape compared to where we live in AZ. Other things to noteWe really just want it to treat it like your own. Take your time, take care of it and clean it up when you are done. You will find we are flexible and easy to work with. We like to make your trip as easy as possible so you can enjoy every minute of your time away.

Rules and policies
• We do ask that: you not smoke in the trailer
• Do not make any repairs or work on anything without clearing it with us first
• The trailer only goes out when it is fully operable. So, it is possible to have issues as each unit works different. Just give us a call, we will talk you through it.
• The fridge will get cold, it will take several hours. And, every time you open it add 30 minutes to that time.
• if you dry camp, you will run the battery down and will not be able to get it charged back up while camping. You are running a small house on a car battery. If you have two lights on for a period of time you will run the battery down. There are lots of things drawing on the battery that you are not even aware of like the refridgerator, water heater, water pump, heater and more. So when you think you are conserving, there is something sneaking and taking your power.
