Nearly brand new Keystone Hideout available for local delivery or pickup. Includes electric awning, upgraded interior / exterior speakers & sound system, 32" flatscreen LCD TV, memory foam queen mattress, exterior & interior shower, stinky slinky (sewer hose), clean water hose and filter, surge protector, chocks, basic accessories needed for a full hook-up camping, kitchen necessities, linens, pillows, camp chairs and towels.Pets ARE Family so pet friendly! Local delivery available for a fee. Can sleep 6-8 depending on size, plenty of room for an air mattress! Linens included for 1-4 people. One queen and two bunk beds (suitable for children or small adults). Kitchen table can be converted into a full size bed.Fresh Tanks are empty but can be filled upon request (easier to drive empty, can hookup fresh water with hose).Delivery available, let us set up your whole campsite for you! We'll connect all hoses, electric, stabilize & level the trailer. All you do is show up ready for your outdoor adventure. What's includedFresh linens, 4x camping chairs, all dishes, cookware, silverware, dog bed, toilet paper, WiFi hotspot available for additional fee. RecommendationsLockhart State Park is one of my most favorite local spots. The campsites are sprawled out enough you're not parked directly next to your neighbor, there's miles of trails, a public swimming pool, public golf course, and you're close enough to town to explore the charming downtown Lockhart. It's a great place to explore the BBQ Capital of Texas! Other things to notePlease no smoking or vaping inside of the trailer.Please remove all dirty linens and towels and place in living room floor of trailer upon checkout.If something breaks, please let me know upon return. Often times insurance will cover accidental damages so you will not be liable.Please read all signs sticky notes inside trailer before operating anything on it.If hauling, a sway bar must be used along with a 10k lb minimum hitch ball.Most important of all....HAVE A GREAT TIME! :-)
