There is a great air conditioner and heater. The outdoor kitchen includes a pantry for storage, a spray nozzle with basin, two burner propane stove and a good size cooler style refrigerator. There is a fresh water tank that holds 30 gallons of water. The bat wing awning is amazing for shade and surrounds half of the camper. A roof top tent provides sleeping for 2 additional children or adults. Lots of storage is included and is very useful when camping. What's includedDishes, cook ware and utinsles for 4 included.
