2014 Jayco Baja
Want to see the great outdoors but have the comforts of a small condo? Our Jayco Baja has the amenities to make your trip to the woods or desert a blast. This Baja is a bunkhouse with two bunks in the rear and a table in front that folds into a queen-size bed. There are a toilet and shower in the back that can run off of the battery and water tank if dry camping, or the city water/power if you desire to have full hook-ups. A 12-volt TV means you can get local channels even while you're out in the boonies. It truly is a great base camp for a young family to see the outdoors in. Better yet, because it is lightweight, it can be pulled by many small trucks or SUVs.What makes our Baja special you ask? Dry camping power is facilitated by 200 watts of solar and two 75 Amp-hour batteries. If it is cool and clear, sunny skies, and you are skilled in conserving power, you can do much of your trip without a generator. Despite being an 18-foot trailer, the Baja carries a large 30-gallon water tank. The refridgerator, heater, and stove run off of a 10-gallon propane tank that will last your entire trip and then some-again, no outside power needed. We have taken the Baja to the beach, Yosemite, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona and have camped in comfort. Use our little Baja trailer to make memories for a lifetime!
